This vegan sour cream with tofu is surprisingly delicious. It has such a unique texture and mouthfeel like the real one.

Recipe For Vegan Sour Cream
Here are the four ingredients we need:
- Silken Tofu – silken tofu is doing a great job here of mimicking the creamy texture of sour cream. You can use silken and soft tofu, but not lite-firm, firm, and extra-firm.
- Apple cider vinegar – or white vinegar.
- Fresh lemon juice –or bottled lemon juice works too.
- Salt
How to make Vegan Dairy Free Sour Cream
- Place well-drained silken tofu in the high-speed blender or food processor. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Put the lid on.
- Blend it on high speed until smooth. Viola! It’s ready to go!😄 Keep in a clean and sealed container in a refrigerator, it will last up to a week.
