How to make stir fry vegetables?

When it comes to stir fry, there are a few pro tips that will help you get the perfect results every time. First, make sure to cut your vegetables into even pieces so they cook evenly.

Second, you need a cooking oil with a high smoke point for high-heat cooking.

Lastly, don’t overcrowd your wok/skillet when cooking – this will lead to soggy veggies. With these tips in mind, you’ll be well on your way to making delicious stir-fried vegetables that everyone will love.

Ingredients: List of ingredients

To make this classic vegetable stir fry, we’ll need following ingredients:

ingredient list
  • Cauliflower & Broccoli Florets – We do not want to leave too many stems when cutting cauliflower and broccoli as they will be difficult to cook through.
  • Green Beans– Rinse the green beans and trim off the ends.
  • Carrot – Peel and slice carrots into thin slices.

Stir Fry Sauce (Pad Pak Sauce)

  • Light soy sauce –for the saltness and a bit of flavor.
  • Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce) – I use ABC brand.
  • Veggie Stock– store bought salt-reduced or homemade veggie stock.
  • Rice Vinegar – just a dash! To balance the sweet and savory.
  • Coconut Sugar – For sweetness. You can also use palm sugar or other alternatives.
  • Water– in order to cook through hard vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli, add gradually to create steam.
