1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. 2. Use a spatula stir and mix everything together. 3. Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop out the mixture evenly. 4. Roll the balls between your palms to make them smooth on the surface.

Add in more vegan dark chocolate chips on the surface if desired (optional) Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.

Cook's Tips!

To store vegan protein balls in the fridge, place them in a clean airtight container with baking parchment in between the layers, store in the fridge and they will last for up to 10 days.
