Easy Marinated Tofu


This flavorful Asian marinated tofu will change your impression of tofu and transform your tofu from average to superb.


How To Make

Place the tofu on a cutting board and use paper towels to dry the surface of the tofu. For optimal absorption of the marinade flavors, use a fork to prick the tofu.

Pour the marinade sauce into a ziploc bag (or a plastic bag). Seal the bag and place it in the fridge.

Ways To Cook

1. Place the tofu on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, air fry or oven bake at 400°F / 200°C for 20-25 minutes).  2. You can also cook your tofu in a skillet on medium-high heat until dried and crispy.  Don’t forget to pour the leftover marinade over the top of the tofu (5 minutes before finishing cooking) to create a sticky sauce. Enjoy your delicious tofu!
